Ready Posture - PARALLEL STANCE WITH A HEAVEN HAND

1. Step L foot to R foot, forming a close ready stance B toward D, bringing both hands in a circular motion.
2. Move L foot forward, forming a L fixed-L stance executing an upset punch to front with R fist. 4 sec. iso move.
3. Move R foot forward, forming a R fixed-L stance executing an upset punch to front with L fist. 4 sec. iso move.
4. Step L foot to R side of R foot, then move the R foot forward into R front stance executing R single hooking block.
5. Step R foot back into L backstance while executing double low knifehand blocks to front.
6. Step R foot to L side of L foot, then move L foot forward into L front stance executing L single hooking block.
7. Step L foot back into R backstance while executing double low knifehand blocks to front.
8. Step L foot forward into L cat stance double knifehand  blocks.

9. Step R foot forward into R cat stance double knifehand  blocks.
10. Step L foot in front of R foot turning counter-clockwise, pivoting with the left foot stepping down into L fixed stance to rear executing 4 second R upward palm block while R foot pivots into L front stance.
11. Step R foot forward in new direction into a R fixed stance executing 4 second L upward palm block while L foot pivots into R front stance.
12. Step L foot together into closed stance, execute a circular motion R low knife-hand in, into L open palm.
13. Move hands into L side double guarding blocks to L, execute a L low side kick to the left.
14. Execute a L middle side kick to Left.
15. Lower L foot to left into L backstance executing R inward inverted knifehand bringing the L fist to R shoulder.
16. Step L foot back to R foot,execute a L downward hammerfist to left.
17. Move hands into R side double guarding blocks to the right, execute a R low side kick to the right.
18. Execute a R middle side kick to the right.
19. Lower R ft to right into R backstance executing L inward inverted knifehand bringing the R fist to L shoulder.
20. Step R foot back to L foot, execute a R downward hammerfist to the right.
21. Step L foot forward into a L fixed stance executing 4 second double palm blocks while R foot pivots into L front stance.
22. Step R foot forward into a R fixed stance executing 4 second double palm blocks while L foot pivots into R front stance.
23. Step R ft to rear in stamping motion to form a R middle horse stance,execute R backfist to opposite direction.
24. Shift L ft into R front stance toward right, right double forearm blocks.
25. Execute L low block scooting backward maintaining a R front stance bringing R hand to pullback on R side.
26. Lifting R foot,place into R longer front stance, execute 4 second R high spearthrust forward.
27. Step L ft to rear in stamping motion to form a L middle horse stance, execute L backfist to opposite direction.
28. Shift R ft into L front stance toward left, left double forearm blocks.
29. Execute R low block scooting backward maintaining a L front stance bringing L hand to pullback on L side.

30. Lifting L foot,place into L longer front stance, execute 4 second L high spearthrust forward.
31. Step R foot forward into R front stance, twin vertical high punches.
32. Step L ft toward left into L front stance, executing twin upset punches.
33. Execute R front kick, keeping the position of the hands as they were in 32.
34. Lower R foot forward, pivoting R ft while stepping L ft forward into R backstance to opposite direction, executing double knifehand blocks
35. Step L foot forward into L front L high punch forward.
36. Step R foot forward into R front stance executing twin upset punches.
37. Execute L front kick, keeping the position of the hands as they were in 36.
38. Lower L foot forward, pivoting on L ft while stepping R foot forward into L backstance to opposite direction, executing double knifehand blocks.
39. Step R foot forward into R front stance executing R high punch.
